# Setting Up The Trade Desk Connector

> Add your Trade Desk Brand ID and choose first-party or third-party delivery

This guide adds your Trade Desk Brand ID to the connector and chooses between first-party and third-party delivery. Read [First-party and third-party delivery](/reference/connectors/the-trade-desk.md#overview) first, because the choice changes the rest of the setup.

## Prerequisites

Before you begin, check that you meet the [The Trade Desk Connector requirements](/reference/connectors/the-trade-desk.md#requirements).

## Install the connector

**1. Navigate to the connector**

In Narrative, open **Objects** in the navigation rail, select **Installed Apps**, then choose **Trade Desk Connector**.

**2. Add your Brand ID**

In the **Settings** tab, enter your TTD Brand ID.

**3. Configure delivery mode**

Choose between first-party (1P) or third-party (3P) delivery based on your use case.
